I had to be put in the hospital because of food poisining for two days. The insurance company tried to avoid the whole... coverage arguing that my insursance card was expired and in state of renewal. However BSO and especially Mirelle Fakhry were so much helpful and intervened so i get the full coverage for my stay in the hospital which included scan and echo graphs and blood tests.
